NORTH VIEW AREA – CWB

CONTRACT NO. 1 - BEAR CONTRACTING

Work Completed

Completed installation of the new main waterline on Goff Avenue from 20th Street to 21st Street and installed new customer meter services.

Completed installation of the new main waterline on Goff Avenue from 21st Street to 23rd Street and installed new customer meter services.

Completed concrete sidewalk repairs on Hamill Avenue and Williams Avenue.

Work Scheduled for Next Week

Continue installing the new main waterline on Goff Avenue from 23rd Street toward 24th Street.

Complete new customer service connections behind the new mainline installation on Goff Avenue.

Complete concrete street repairs on Henderson Avenue from 16th Street to 18th Street and on Goff Avenue from 19th Street to 20th Street.

Continue sidewalk repairs throughout the project.

Traffic Information

NO PARKING signs will be posted in active work areas. Please use alternate parking during posted work hours. Vehicles may be towed to a safe location if the owner cannot be located. If driveway access is needed, please speak with the contractor on site.

Goff Avenue will be closed from 22nd Street to 24th Street and from 19th Street to 20th Street.

Henderson Avenue will be reduced to one lane from 16th Street to 18th Street with limited on-street parking.

Please follow all Road Closed signs and use alternate routes.

Emergency Services: Fire and EMS services in North View are not expected to be affected this week.

HARTLAND AND STEALEY AREAS – CWB

CONTRACT NO. 2 - DOSS ENTERPRISES

Work Completed

Completed new customer service connections on Duff Avenue.

Completed concrete sidewalk repairs on Euclid Avenue, Woodland Avenue, and Simpson Avenue.

Continued installation of the new main waterline and customer services on Milford Street between Liberty Avenue and Magnolia Avenue.

Completed street milling on Temple Terrace, Euclid Avenue, Ash Street, Coolidge Street, Hall Street, Nichols Street, Ridenour Street, and Carpenter Street.

Work Scheduled for Next Week

Continue concrete repairs throughout the project.

Begin paving on Temple Terrace, followed by Ridenour Street, Hall Street, Euclid Avenue, Coolidge Street, Hemsworth Way, and Carpenter Street.

Continue work on Milford Street between Magnolia Avenue and Euclid Avenue. Work hours will be 24 hours per day Monday through Thursday and day shift only on Friday.

Milford Street will be reduced to one lane between Magnolia Avenue and Euclid Avenue Monday through Thursday 24 hours per day and Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Temple Terrace, Ridenour Street, Hall Street, Euclid Avenue, Coolidge Street, Hemsworth Way, and Carpenter Street will be closed at various times throughout the week for paving. Additional streets may be affected as work progresses; daily updates will be posted.

Road Closed signs and flaggers will be in place. Please use alternate routes.

Emergency Services: Fire and EMS services in the Stealey area around the park are not expected to be affected. Flaggers will assist local traffic entering and exiting the work area.
