NORTH VIEW AREA – CWB

CONTRACT NO. 1 - BEAR CONTRACTING

Work Completed

Completed installation of the new main waterline on Goff Avenue from 20th Street to 21st Street and installed new customer meter services.

Completed the new 2-inch main waterline at the end of 18th Street and installed new customer meter settings.

Work Scheduled This Week

Continue installing the new main waterline on Goff Avenue from 21st Street toward 24th Street.

Complete new customer service connections on 18th Street at Rose Avenue and behind the new mainline installation on Goff Avenue.

Continue concrete repairs throughout the project.

Traffic Information

NO PARKING signs will be posted in active work areas. Please park in alternate locations during posted work hours. Vehicles remaining in work zones may be towed to a safe location if the owner cannot be located. If you need driveway access, please speak with the contractor on site.

Goff Avenue will be closed from 20th Street to 24th Street. Please follow Road Closed signs and use alternate routes.

Emergency Services: Fire and EMS services in North View are not expected to be affected this week.

HARTLAND AND STEALEY AREAS – CWB

CONTRACT NO. 2 - DOSS ENTERPRISES

Work Completed

Completed new customer service connections on Simpson Avenue, Ryder Avenue, Woodland Avenue, and Duff Avenue.

Completed concrete sidewalk repairs on Euclid Avenue, Woodland Avenue, and Simpson Avenue.

Began work on Milford Street from Liberty Avenue to Euclid Avenue.

Work Scheduled This Week

Complete customer meter connections on Ryder Avenue and Duff Avenue.

Continue concrete repairs throughout the project.

Begin street milling and paving on Temple Terrace, Ryder Avenue, Ridenour Street, Hall Street, and Carpenter Street.

Continue work on Milford Street between Liberty Avenue and Hartland Avenue. Work hours will be 24 hours per day Monday through Thursday and day shift only on Friday.

Milford Street will be reduced to one lane from Liberty Avenue to Hartland Avenue 24 hours per day Monday through Thursday and from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Friday.

Temple Terrace, Ryder Avenue, Ridenour Street, Hall Street, and Carpenter Street will be closed at various times throughout the week for milling and paving.

Additional streets may be affected as work progresses. Daily updates will be posted.

Road Closed signs and flaggers will be in place. Please use alternate routes.

Emergency Services: Fire and EMS services in the Stealey area are not expected to be affected. Flaggers will be on site to assist local traffic entering and exiting the work area.
